General Info

Self-regulated Organization of Arbitration Managers under the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation includes more than 300 arbitration managers (insolvency professionals).

Currently we have branch offices in more than 55 (out of 89) regions of the Russian Federation.

Currently our arbitration managers are being involved in more than 1000 insolvency procedures in the Russian Federation and deliver services to hundreds of our clients.

Goals of SOAM CCI RF:

• Development and improvement in the system of anticrisis management in the Russian Federation;
• Protection of rights and professional interests of arbitration managers;
• Construction and development of a civilized market in Russia;
• Contribution to economic growth;
• Development of international cooperation in the sphere of anticrisis management.

Main Objectives of SOAM CCI RF:

• Improvement in cooperation between arbitration managers and executive and judicial bodies of the Russian Federation at all levels;
• Development and implementation of legal and social guarantees of arbitration managers in Russia;
• Development of the system of financing of the activities in the filed of anticrisis management;
• Assistance in development and realization of the educational and training projects and programmes for the arbitration managers.
